Who says print is dead? We’ve tackled a large number of exciting print projects over the past several months for clients old and new, confirming the continued importance of this medium. Print collateral has been keeping us and local printers busy throughout the summer and fall, and the results are making quite a splash.
Vermont Tech: The recent wave began with this innovative, hands-on technical college. We were thrilled to partner with Vermont Tech to revitalize their marketing collateral for this year’s college fair season. With fresh ideas and a thoughtful approach, we restructured, rewrote, and improved the designs of a travel piece, athletics brochure, and financial planning booklet. Many press checks were required to ensure that color was vibrant and consistent across all materials. Our client was excited to head out to the fairs with this beautiful new literature.
PCC: This local firm develops customized administrative software solutions for pediatric offices across the country. We worked closely with PCC to develop a sales packet, comprised of a family of square sell sheets inside a custom, folded enclosure. We directed photo shoots featuring PCC employees and clients, and used them prominently throughout the piece to showcase the firm’s focus on people. Then we organized content, wrote copy, and developed a cohesive, highly functional design printed on premium uncoated paper. They were delighted by the results and by the kudos they received at a recent tradeshow. It was a great start to an enjoyable new client relationship.
Lake Champlain Chocolates: It was that time of year again to work with one of our favorite clients on their mouth-watering catalogs and direct mailers. This year we collaborated on a new oblong catalog format, an exciting change that creates more synergy with their web site. With the site requiring many horizontal photos, we could now use many of the same photos for both the catalogs and the web, reducing the client’s photography needs and costs. And with our trusted local printing company, the results were stunning as always.
Sojourn: For the third year, we updated this bicycle touring company’s 44-page catalog. Talk about a company on the go! With new photography and fantastic color correction work by the printer, the piece turned out beautifully. Sojourn’s 2015 offerings across the country are as stunningly depicted as ever, thanks to our dedicated team, a great client, and a top-notch printer.
