Hillside at O’Brien Farm—whose website we recently designed and developed—is Vermont’s first and only all electric, fossil fuel-free neighborhood. After celebrating their groundbreaking this past Spring, reservations for new homes started to roll in—and they needed a sales packet to help sell homes and guide potential buyers through the process of design and personalization.
The ‘front door’ of this sales packet is a beautiful 8-page pocket folder brochure, a cornerstone piece that gives an overview of the neighborhood and touches on every benefit of living here, including the community, the local schools, energy efficiency features, and more.
In keeping with the new website’s look, including upgraded branding and new messaging, we also designed a series of sales sheets to promote each available home style being offered along with their floorplans, features, and amenities. Next, we created a signature piece of Hillside’s sales collateral—an Available Options & Upgrades sheet, which helps readers understand all the ways they can personalize and upgrade their new home to fit their budget, lifestyle, and tastes. To complete the package, we designed a series of Design & Selection Styles sheets—a group of one-pagers that showcase the professionally curated packages of interior finishes and design selections that less-than-design-savvy home buyers can use to help design and furnish their new homes.
These pieces also weave in a core message of the homebuying experience with Hillside: that it’s easy and enjoyable.
