On September 15, our longtime client The Gary Residence broke ground on a new memory care community called Clara’s Garden — and we’ve been hard at work on messaging and design to get the word out.
Slated to open this fall, Clara’s Garden Memory Care is a full-service living community serving adults living with dementia and various forms of memory loss. This brand new, state-of-the-art wing of The Gary Residence will offer all the comforts and amenities of home while providing the safety, social enrichment, and high quality of care required for those living with memory loss.
The Gary Residence needed a messaging strategy for Clara’s Garden sales efforts. Because of the sensitive nature of talking to someone whose family member is experiencing memory loss, we took great care in crafting messaging that will ease their worries and fears about choosing residential memory care for their spouse or parent. We made sure to pair basic information with comforting language to help make the transition easier for the entire family, and to ensure them that their loved one will be comfortable and well cared for.
To maintain continuity with an already established brand, we carried over The Gary Residence’s existing branding into a new brochure and web page design while developing new graphic elements specific to memory care. This helps connect an exciting new offering with the history of quality care that is known to The Gary Residence and their sister facility, Westview Meadows.
As construction is well underway, we look forward to watching Clara’s Garden bloom!
