Grandview Farms

A long-established owner of many downtown Burlington properties, Grandview Farms needed a logo redesign, and solution to help downplay the confusion of the word “Farms” in their name. We created a modern, minimalist building illustration to highlight the commercial side of their business, and added the “Distinctive Properties” tagline to clarify Grandview Farm’s property management focus.
