Stride co-owner Terri Parent was recently asked to speak to the Vermont Association of Wedding Professionals at their 2018 Educational Seminar at Sugarbush Resort in Warren, Vermont.
In a filled conference room at the resort, Terri delivered the seminar’s Keynote speech entitled “Nurturing Your Brand”, in which she untangled the topic of branding in lively and easy-to-understand language. With visuals and personal stories, she explored what good branding is, why it matters, and the fascinating psychology behind it. She also included actionable steps that attendees could take to improve their own company brands.
Terri’s speech capped off a full day of professional development for wedding industry professionals, covering areas such as marketing, tech, business, personal development, and even wine tasting.
The Vermont Association of Wedding Professionals is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Vermont’s wedding industry. Members include a wide range of businesses that provide product and services to the wedding industry in Vermont.
