Full Circle Property Management is a fast-growing small company that had outgrown their old website. They needed a new one that better serves their clients’ needs with robust functionality, like property listings and a form for maintenance requests. We designed this site to not only be attractive and easy to update, but full of great information about the breadth of their robust service offerings.

A growing company needs a fresh, strong brand presence to be noticed among the competition. When Full Circle came to us, they needed our help to finish a draft of a logo that was headed in the right direction but needed to be refined and polished. We helped bring this brand to life by refreshing the initial logo design and creating a clean, sophisticated brand. Along with the logo, we delivered a robust new brand system and Brand Usage Guide to carry Full Circle’s image forward.

Full Circle was ready to send their new brand out into the world, and they wanted a proposal template that really helped them stand out as professional and polished, yet innovative and modern. We created a series of branded proposal templates in InDesign that were easy for the client to update themselves and expand when needed. As critical tools for new business development, these attractive and highly professional proposals are targeted to commercial, residential, and homeowners’ association prospects.
