A couple of members of our team attended the UX Burlington Conference on June 15th. This year’s theme was The Path to Impactful UX, with a focus on what it takes to build a great user experience on the web. Speakers shared thoughts on areas like Experience Mapping, Gaming UX, psychological principles related to UX design, ADA standards for website accessibility, and more.
Raphaëlle Vrana’s talk on ADA compliance was especially interesting to our team, as she provided some great resources and insight into what it takes to become ADA AA compliant. With the release of ADA AA 2.1 as the new standard for compliance, our team looks forward to building websites with less redundancy and more accessibility for all users.
