As an innovative new commercial office space in downtown Burlington, The Offices @ 86 St. Paul needed to attract professionals looking for small, tasteful offices that share common space.

We were asked to open the doors to their new spaces with a launch campaign involving newspaper and online advertising. This ad is one of five variations in the overall campaign, distributed through local Burlington, Vermont papers.
