Introducing Stride’s website maintenance plans
It’s important to keeping your WordPress website well maintained! Regularly-scheduled website maintenance keeps your website healthy and strong — helping to ensure that it functions properly, and fortifying it against hacking, such as spam injection, defacements, and malware.
In order to suit your organization’s specific needs, we’ve created several different website maintenance service plans below.
Which plan is right for you?
For e-commerce sites or large sites where up-time is crucial to your business, a higher level plan is a worthwhile investment. Smaller sites, or those with lower traffic amounts, may opt for more affordable bi-monthly or quarterly check-ups.
By hiring a web design firm like Stride for your maintenance, you’ll be assured that your web maintenance work is always accurate and thorough. But of course, if you feel comfortable monitoring and maintaining WordPress updates yourself, that option is available to you with a ‘Do-it-yourself’ plan.

PLEASE NOTE: The Stride Maintenance Plan does not guarantee that your site will never experience issues, and does not cover updates that fall outside of the regular WordPress Maintenance Plan process.
Security: While our maintenance plans are designed to keep your site fortified against hackers and malware, they are not a guarantee of security. In the event that your site is compromised, all tasks related to the compromise (troubleshooting, site recovery, file cleanup, plugin re-installation) will be billed separately at our normal rate.
Broken links: Broken links may be due to code errors on your website, or moved or deleted pages on websites that your site links to. Repairing broken links will be billed separately at our normal rate.
Plug-ins: While Stride takes great care to use only reliable, popular plugins, occasionally they develop issues or are removed from the WordPress plugin repository. Replacement of plugin functionality may incur additional costs in certain circumstances.
Billing: Annual maintenance plans are prepaid in full each year, and renew automatically unless otherwise requested.
